Spas for all

back to list

Relaxation, stress relief and care for body and soul are not just a privilege for the chosen few but a right for all. Investing in your health is will pay dividends in the future. Spas organise special packages for clients, including various types of activities suitable for different age groups.

Classic spa breaks

According to advice from spa experts, a classic spa break should last at least three weeks for the procedures to take effect. Over the course of their stay at the spa, patients undergo several check-ups with a doctor who recommends which procedures are suitable to improve their state of health. On average a patient will undergo 3 or 4 procedures per day.

Spa breaks for the elderly

Spa breaks for the elderly are similar to classic spa holidays, only shorter. Even a week at a spa can help an old person ease a complaint. As the Czech Republic has a relatively mild climate without huge swings in temperature, the Czech spas are the ideal place to spend a holiday, during and after which you will feel just great.

Wellness programmes

Wellness programmes for all ages and wage-brackets are also available. Some of these are:

  • programmes for busy executives
  • stress relief
  • wellness & beauty
  • couples programmes
  • anti-aging programmes
  • weigh loss
  • detox programmes
  • golf in combination with spa procedures

Children’s spas

The Czech Republic also has a number of children’s spas where youngsters from the age of 2 can be treated, and where they can stay with their parents so that they feel as much at home as possible. The best-known spa in the country that treats non-specific respiratory complaints among children is Lázně Kynžvart (web.telecom.cz/detska_lecebna).

Price range

There is, of course, a range of prices one can pay for spa treatments. At Czech spas you can spend a holiday for a very reasonable price. If, however, you prefer a bit of luxury, there are many Czech spas offering a high standard of services.
